We’ll walk you through the basics of what to expect with Woo’s Automated Sourcer.

First things first, we’ll help you get set up by integrating with your ATS. Even if you don’t have an ATS, don’t worry we’ve got you covered and can set you up in no time.
2.
The Automated Sourcer starts by incorporating your candidates and open positions to the algorithm.
3.
Initial reach outs are made by the Automated Sourcer to candidates to start waking them up!
4.
Matching begins. Within 24 hours, candidates will be matched to your open positions.
5.
Once there’s a match, the Automated Sourcer emails candidates so that they can review the opportunity.
6.
One of your recruiters will get an email from the Automated Sourcer with details of the candidate that is interested so that the interview can be set up.
