A 1 year period wields, 22% of the initial candidates reached out to and matched, showed interest in the new opportunity. These candidates are then passed on to a recruiter to screen. Of those candidates showing interest in the company, 57%, passed the consultants screening process. Finally, 2.25% of those who passed the screening, were hired.
